You must notify joan365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
joan365 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

All transactions on joan365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). joan365 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees for transactions in currencies other than PHP. joan365 accepts no liability for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the joan365 Banking page and may vary by payment method. joan365 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at any time.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. joan365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
joan365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. joan365 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine AML legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joan365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the joan365 platform, including but not limited to:
joan365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit joan365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
joan365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on joan365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
joan365 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. joan365 does not sell personal data to third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. joan365 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through joan365's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Players who access joan365 from outside the Philippines do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. joan365 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
joan365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, joan365 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
